FRT Rainbow Relaxation Routine (5 hours)

A comprehensive workshop teaching reflexology techniques to calm and support children.

FRT Self-Help Routine (2 hours)

Indian Head Massage (One Day Accredited Course)

Perfect for staff or carers looking to deliver head massage to friends, family, or children.

To ensure fairness and allow for the best use of available time, please note if you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

The sessions not only enable students to relax and to receive the well-being benefits of Functional Reflex Therapy; they are also able to work towards their individual outcomes in areas such as communication, interaction and physiotherapy.
